He studied at 'Eusebio da Guarda' Secondary School and then he became a civil engineer in Madrid.
He got his first job in the Galician General Society of Electricity, where he designed the dam of the river Tambre in 1949. Fenosa got hold of this company in 1955 and he became deputy manager in 1962. He directed the dam of the Eume, Belesar, Velle, Castrelo de Miño, Frieira, Albarellos, Salas and Regueiro. He was responsible for Roads and Works in the County Council of A Coruña, directing the works of Cecebre, Meicende and Rosadoiro reservoirs. He also designed Catoira's viaduct, which joins A Coruña and Pontevedra.
The City Council of A Coruña granted him the Gold Medal to the Merit (1962) and was dedicated a street in Matogrande.
