- Editor of the magazine 'Lingua e Dereito', published by Vigo University- President of the Foundation of the Galician Criticism. - Collaborator in the newspaper Faro de Vigo and in the radio station 'Radio Galega'.- Collaborator in the half-yearly magazine 'Llengua i Diret' about Linguistic Policy. Is it published by the Escola d'Administració Pública de Catalunya, dependent of the 'Generalitat'(Catalan Autonomous Government).- Secretary of the association 'Amigos de Conto Mixo'.- Collaborator in the Enciclopedia Gallega Universal (Galician World Encyclopaedia) published by the publishing house 'Ir Indo'. - Literary adviser at the publishing house 'Ir Indo'.- Translator of the Penal and Civil Codes into Galician Language as well as other types of juridical literature, published by several institutions. - Founder of the Association of Civil Servants for Linguistic Normalization and Association of Jurists in Galician Language. - Director of summer courses at Vigo University. - Founder of 'Galicia Empresa' Foundation, which is an institution that pursues the normalization of Galician Language in the socio-economic field. - Founder of 'Lois Peña Novo' Foundation, which every year gives prizes (the prizes have the same name as the foundation) to juridical institutions and people who use Galician language in all the fields of the administrative and juridical life.
