Professional activity:

He participated in the elaboration of over fifty Galician laws, mainly related to Justice, Public Administration, Industry, Energy, Tourism and Commerce.

He integrated the Galician delegation in the General Court Conferences of the European Regions during the sessions of Barcelona, Venice, Trieste and Berlin.

He has been legal adviser of several parliamentary investigating committees.

He was also a lawyer responsible for the information technologies in the Galician Parliament.

 

Lectures and conferences:

He has given a lot of courses and lectures in public institutions and Spanish and foreign universities about matters related to Public Law and the public policies in Spain.

He organized several scientific meetings about constitutional and parliamentary matters celebrated in Spain and other European and American countries, as member of the board of directors of the Spanish Association of Lawyers of Parliaments and representative appointed by the Galician Parliament.

He has been distinguished with the honourable diploma of the Argentinian Association of Parliamentary Law.
