After spending his childhood in Agolada (Pontevedra), he studied History, Journalism and Pedagogy. He works as teacher of Secondary Education in Pontevedra.
He collaborates in several Galician newspapers and magazines. He also made radio programmes and nowadays he coordinates a programme live on Morrazo TV.
He founded the theatre groups 'Ancoradouro' and 'Teatro casa da bola' in Cangas.
He is also working in the third volume of the anthropological essay Os vellos oficios and finishing his third novel.
