Curriculum

-Degree in Hispanic Philology and degree in Teaching at Santiago University.-He belongs to the higher and the management body at the Administration of the Xunta de Galicia.-He has held the following posts: assistant manager of cultural promotion and representative of the Xunta de Galicia in the work group 4 at the Conseil des Regions D'Europe (Strasbourg), assistant manager of promotion and teaching of Galician language, vice-secretary at A Coruña University and manager at A Coruña University (he holds this post nowadays).-Other posts: head of the Normative Control and Linguistc Normalization Service, head of the Management, Advice and Linguistic Coordination Service (both of them at the 'Consellería de Educación) and head of the University Management Service at A Coruña University.-He was a member of the coordinator committee of publications of the Xunta de Galicia and member of the standing committee, representing the 'Consellería de Educación e Ordenación Universitaria'.-He is secretary of the Computer Science Committee at A Coruña University.-He is secretary of the Evaluation Committee at A Coruña University.
