He writes literature for children and young people. He also worked as an actor, theatre director, scriptwriter and radio, video and TV director. As a teacher, he was always related to movements of pedagogical renewal. He is on the editorial staff of ‘Revista Galega de Educación’ and ‘Fadamorgana’. He participated with reporters in conferences and courses for teachers about language and literature didactics, literary creation at school, didactic use of oral narration. He is the author of textbooks and didactic and pedagogical essays and writes a daily column in press. He gave lectures in several places of Spain, Europe and America.
