He worked in the setting up of La Radio Pub in Santiago for ten years. In 1995, he registered in the ‘Centro Superior de Hostelería de Galicia’, getting the diploma in hotel management. He began to work as the assistant manager at Rio Parque Cristobal Hotel (3 stars) in Tenerife and then moved to Morocco to inaugurate and direct Rio Tikich Hotel Club (5 stars). One year later, he directed Rio Mecas Hotel (4 stars) and was awarded Tui Holly Prize, distinguishing the hotel as the best one in the world. He directed Gran Hotel de Lugo and nowadays he directs the Higher Shool for Hotel Management of Galicia.
