Curriculum

He graduated in Labour Relations at the University of Santiago de Compostela (1969-72) and graduated in Industrial Relations at the University of Alcalá de Henares (1985). Besides, he attended many courses such as the Course on Labour Relations (Santiago de Compostela University, 1990), a course at the Institute of Studies on Local Administration (1985), a course on Fire Prevention and Rescue in the City Council of Lugo (1990), a course on Function of Arbitration in Labour Relations at the Institute of Labour Studies (1980) and a course on Labour Risks Prevention (2001). As far as his labour activity is concerned, he was the staff head in COMPLESA (1969-85), in the firm ‘Lactaria Española’ (1986-90), in the firm RAM (1990), in the City Council of Lugo (1984-92) and the Galician Parliament (1986-90). Since 1992 up to the moment, he has been working as a business labour advisor (firms related to motor, building, insurance, general services and labour risks prevention). He has given courses, lectures and speeches in businessmen confederations and chambers of commerce and courses of the ‘Consellería de Familia’ (Xunta de Galicia).
