 Curriculum

She graduated in Teaching in 1986 and took a degree in Philosophy and Educational Sciences (Pedagogy section) at Santiago de Compostela University in 1989 and a higher degree in European Union at A Coruña University, organised by the Galician Association of European Studies (1995). She was the head of cabinet in the ‘Conselleira de Familia e Promoción do Emprego, Muller e Xuventude’ (since July 1999 to April 2002) and advisor of cabinet in the ‘Consellería de Familia e Promoción do Emprego, Muller e Xuventude’ (since January 1996 until July 1999). From March 1993 to January 1996 she coordinated activities related to youth and culture at the Galician Communitary Development Institute. From 2005 to 2005, she was director general responsible for Youth in the ‘Consellería de Familia, Xuventude, Deporte e Voluntariado’. Nowadays, she directs the "Asociación para el Progreso de la Dirección".

 Work & Activities

As director general responsible for youth, she coordinated the elaboration of the Galician Youth Bill and the measures to modernize leisure activities and young hostels in Galicia. She also made collaboration agreements to develop youth programmes with the bank firms Caixanova (‘Espráiate’, ‘Espacios Naturais’, ‘Atlántida’) and Caixa Galicia (‘Carné Xove’, ‘Carné Máis’, ‘Conducción Segura’, ‘Galicianet’), Telefónica (‘Galicianet’, ‘modernización RIX’), MOT test (‘Conducción Segura’, ‘Campaña de Verán’), Citröen (‘Conducción Segura’), Aprilia (‘Agoramoto’), El Corte Inglés (‘Certame de Novos Creadores de Moda’, ‘Galicianet’), Ministry of Work and Social Matters, State Traffic Office (‘Conducción Segura’ and ‘Agoramoto’) , Germany Embassy (‘Coñece Europa. Outras realidades: Alemania’), Santiago University (Service Office for Young People), A Coruña University (Service Office for Young People) and Vigo University (Service Office for Young People).
