After studying PP Somascos School in A Guarda, he entered the Faculty of History (University of Santiago de Compostela) in 1996.
He collaborates in the Bulletin of the City Council of O Rosal and in the publication of the report about the “Festa do Cabaqueiro”.
Since July 1999, he has participated in the excavations carried out by anta de Moura, an archaeology firm with the central office in Tui. He works in some of the most important sites in Galicia such as that of Rosalía de Castro Street in Vigo, the archaeological sounding of the Lagoas-Marcosende Campus (CUVI) and the excavations in Chandebrito (Nigrán). He participates in the archaeological works in the historic centre of Pontevedra as well.
In 2003, he was elected as member of the “Instituto de Estudios de A Paradanta y Condado del Tea” and specialised in the tourist sector of the Low Miño area.
In 2005 and 2006, he collaborated with the Culture Department and worked as a tourism assistant of the City Council of O Rosal.
That same year he worked as an expert on the study of place names in O Rosal. This work was included in the project developed by the Territorial Information System of Galicia (SITGA).
He is a member of the Association of Writers in Galician Language and works as an expert on Tourism in the City Council of O Rosal and as a guide in the “Muíños do Folón e do Picón”.
He wrote “Memoria Histórica da capela da Madanela no Monte da Pedrada e vestixios dunha fortaleza” (2007) together with Xoán Martínez Tamuxe.
