Curriculum

He took a degree in Medicine and Surgery (Santiago de Compostela University), a degree in Stomatology (Madrid University) and a diploma in National Health at the School of National Health. He works as a doctor of the Galician Health Service and house medical attendance. He filled the office of sanitary head in Monforte de Lemos (Lugo). Since 1985, he has filled the office of Mayor in Pantón (Lugo) and president of 'Ribeira Sacra Lucense' Association of the 'Leader' Plan.
