He studied at the Technical School in Ourense but he was expelled later for being a Republican. He began to carry out exhibitions in 1954. In 1957, he travelled to Paris by means of a scholarship from the County Council and entered the School of Fine Arts. He travelled to Paris up to 1962, staying for long periods of time. Then he travelled to Berlin (1974) and Cologne (1983).

 Work & Activities

He participated in the exhibitions 'O Gago' and 'A Gadaña' and made over a hundred posters. He carried out his last exhibitions in Vigo (1985) at 'Caixa Vigo? Gallery, Madrid (1986) at 'Sargadelos' Gallery, Bonn - Germany (1987) at 'Iberian - Club V.' (he was engaged by 'von Kristian' Gallery until it was closed), Brussels (1988) and Vigo (1991) 'Grandes Artistas Galegos'. He also took part in collective exhibitions in Milan and Lisbon.
