He took a degree in Philosophy and Education Sciences at the University of Santiago de Compostela, where he worked for three years in several research projects regarding communication sociology (Sociology Department).
He also attended a doctorate programme at the University of Santiago de Compostela (‘Cambio social en Galicia, unha perspectiva antropolóxica”) and a master in Management and Cultural Policies at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He also did a master in Marketing and Commercial Management at Caixanova Business School.

 Work & Activities

He has a great experience in cultural management. He started to work for private firms during the 90’s as a programmer, producer and responsible for communication regarding scenic arts. He organised many events, cycles and music festivals (classic and contemporary music, jazz, rock and traditional music) as well as theatre for public and private institutions. In the late 90’s, he began to work in the plastic art field, directing Abel Lepina Gallery in Vigo. Since 2001, he has been the managing director of Laxeiro Foundation, carrying out research, programming, managing and publishing works. He wrote several critic texts about Laxeiro and Galician contemporary artists.
