Francisco Miguel met a group of artists at the room behind his bookshop in A Coruña. Then he travelled to Paris, where he improved his artistic knowledge. When he came back, he exhibited his work in his native city and then travelled to Mexico.
He was murdered in 1936, which was a great lost for Galician painting. At the centenary Exhibition of the Fine Arts Academy of A Coruña, his oil Fantasía marina was exhibited.
