He studied Secondary Education in Lugo, working later as a studio and report photographer (1976-1990). He worked in his own studio since 1990. He participated in painting and modelling works and attended courses on Artistic Photography in the National Photography and Image Institute in Madrid. He also participated in ‘Profoto-photo image’ conventions, workshops related to illumination and digital photography, in the third edition of the Professional Conferences on Photography (Asturias) and the Third International Conference on Professional and Artistic Photography in Cullera (Valencia).

 Work & Activities

He worked as a cameramaman on the Spanish TV (1978-90) and directed the program 'En Xogo' on Lugo TV. He gave many courses on photography and video since 1993.

 Other Interesting Aspects

He was the secretary of the National Federation of Photography and Image Professionals in Lugo for eight years, and after that he was the president of that federation.
