On her returning to Galicia, she worked as an editor of the news programme on Radio Galega in Santiago for three years. She had already worked for Radiocadena Española and Radio Nacional de España.
Regarding press, she collaborated in “El Progreso” and “La Voz de Galicia”. She worked as a correspondent of “El Mundo-Galicia” in Ourense since it was founded until May 1996. From 1996 to 1999 she was responsible for the press office in the City Council of Monforte de Lemos.
Positions:
-‘Delegada Territorial de la Xunta de Galicia en Lugo’ (at the present moment).
-National deputy in representation of Lugo until 2009.
-Mayor of Sober (Partido Popular) from 1999 to 2009.
-Provincial deputy from 1999 to 2003 and from 2007 to 2008.
-Member of the executive committee of the PP in Galicia.
-Vice-secretary of the PP in Lugo.
-Local president of the PP in Sober.
-Regional coordinator of ‘Mulleres en Igualdade’.
