Director General responsible for Institutional Relations in the ‘Consellería de Presidencia’ during the sixth session (2002-2005) and secretary of the Mixed Commission for Transference and the Bilateral Commission State Administration – Galician Autonomous Region.
‘Conselleiro’ in the ‘Consello de Contas de Galicia’, according to the designation of the Galician Parliament (from July 2007 to January 2009), and responsible for the institutional area.
Executive secretary of Studies and Programmes (2002-2004: ‘XI Congreso Rexional do PPdeG’) and member of the executive commission and the executive committee of the Galician PP from 2004 to 2006 (‘XII Congreso Rexional do PPdeG’).
Adviser of the PP in the commission for the modification of the Statute of Autonomy constituted in the Galician Parliament in the seventh session.
He is a deputy in the Galician Parliament, representing the Partido Popular.
