He took a degree in Art History (Santiago de Compostela) and in Fine Arts (Barcelona) before working as an art critic in several media. He directed Hangar Centre in Barcelona (www.hangar.org) from 2001 to 2005, and the two first editions of the project ‘Processos oberts’ en Terrassa (www.p-oberts.org) from 2004 to 2005. He was the director of the Galician Centre of Contemporary Art until June 2009, where he developed a long-term multidisciplinary project called ‘Proxecto-Edición’ (www.proxecto-edicion.net).
