EXPERIENCE IN THE HYDROELECTRIC SECTOR:
Since 1983 he has participated in hundreds of projects of small hydroelectric power stations (San Jorge, A Coruña) and (San Xusto, Pontevedra).
Technical management of the Galician Plan for Small Hydroelectric Power Stations, Xunta de Galicia (1985-1989).

EXPERIENCE IN THE WIND SECTOR:
-Since 1986 he has participated in ninety-one projects of wind farms (Aguatona, Gran Canaria) and (Monte Piquiño, Pontevedra).
-Technical management of the Eolic Plan of Galicia for the Xunta de Galicia (1995).
-Technical management of the Eolic Plan of Castilla y León for the Junta de Castilla y León (1998-2000).

EXPERIENCE IN THE SOLAR POWER SECTOR:
Since 1988 he has participated in thirty-four projects of photovoltaic plants (Ons, Pontevedra) and (Ardales, Málaga).

EXPERIENCE IN THE BIOMASS SECTOR:
Since 1987 he has participated in several projects such as “Monte do Soto”, Ribadumia (Pontevedra, 1988) and “Allarluz”, Allariz (Ourense, 1996).

EXPERIENCE IN THE ENERGY SECTOR:
-Responsible for the construction of the unloading, storage and regasification facilities of the natural gas plant in Mugardos (A Coruña) from September 2003 to October 2007.
-Participation in the sectorial report about technologies for the use of renewable resources, Observatory of Industrial Technological Prospective, Ministry of Industry and Energy (1998-1999).
-Collaboration and technical consultancy to the Irish Ministry for Transport, Energy and Communications in the study on the planning and development of the Spanish plan of renewable energies (1995-1996).
-General coordination and supervision of particular aspects of the renewable resources of the Energy Plan of Galicia, 1995-2010, for the Consellería de Industria e Comercio - Xunta de Galicia (1995).
-Management of the Galician area of the “Atlantean” Project (Energy Planning in the Atlantic Regions) for the energy planning and development of the renewable resources on the regionalwide basis: Brittany (France), Connacht (Ireland) and Galicia (España) (1993-1995).
