He graduated in Applied Arts at ‘Mestre Mateo’ Art School in Santiago de Compostela.
He worked in several artistic fields until he became an usual collaborator of the newspaper La Voz de Galicia and also participated in the projects 'Xatentendo.com', 'Golfiño' and 'H2Oil'. He was one of the founders of Estudio Tangaraño with Fran Bueno. He has also made illustrations for textbooks and the publications 'Tempos', 'Azul y Blanco' and 'Compostelán’ and worked in animation productions such as O bosque animado and O rei Quintín.
He was awarded Ourense Prize to the best amateur author for España vai.... in 1998, the prize of the Second and Fifth Caricature Biennial in Ourense and the third prize of the 12th Galician BD Contest with the story Película en branco e negro. He was also awarded a prize at theYouth Comic Contest (1998), at the Graphic Humour contest of the ‘Casa do Humor’ in Fene and the First Galician Artistic Image Contest (second prize in the category of 22 to 30 year-old people).
