Since 1984 he has presented and produced programmes on Radio Popular Lugo and Cadena COPE Galicia. He coordinates Cadena 100 in Lugo and provides information of the province for “Galicia, 1ª hora” on Cadena COPE.

He presented a lot of sports and musical events and directed humour programmes like “La estafeta”, "La fiesta del sábado", "Verano fantástico", "Sábado sabadete"...

He has been a member of the panel in different programmes on Galician TV; he has given speeches and lectures and was awarded Galicia Journalism Award.
