He studied Teaching but, because of his artistic vocation since he was very young, he devoted himself to painting. He travelled all over Europe and got in touch with all different artistic tendencies. On his return to Spain, he met Dalí, who he visited in Port Lligat. He arrived in Galicia in the 80?s, getting in touch with famous people from Galician and Portuguese art and culture: Rosa Elvira Caamaño (Professor at the School of Fine Arts in Pontevedra), Rosa Ramallo (a famous Portuguese potter), Colmeiro, López Guntín, Laxeiro, Sucasas, Armindo Salgueiro, Francisco Lareo, Antón Churches, Sea García, José Antón Fondevila, the sculptor Javier Aryans, Alfonso Costa, Artiaga and Javier Costa. He shared whis knowledge and works with all of them. He established himself in Chantada (Lugo) and shortly after he moved to Monforte de Lemos (Lugo), where he is living at the moment.

He has carried out the following collective exhibitions: 'Pintores Gallegos', Vegadeo (Asturias); 'II Bienal do mar', Baiona La Real (Pontevedra); ninth edition of 'Meigas e Trasgos' Paianting Biennial, Sarria (Lugo); 21st edition of 'Caja de Ahorros de León' Painting Prize (Ponferrada, 1988); 'Nuevos Valores' Biennial in Pontevedra; Exhibition of the most representative painters and sculptors in the 20th century (Escairón, Lugo); Inauguration of the Culture Centre in Lugo (1990); 'Las Casitas' Exhibition Room (Tourism Office in Monforte de Lemos - Lugo, 1995); 10th edition of 'José Domínguez Guizán' Art Contest with an honourable mention (Begonte - Lugo, 1999). He has carried out the following individual exhibitions: Exhibition Room at the County Council of Lugo (1980), 'Caixa de Aforros de Galicia', Chantada - Lugo (1980 and 1984), Exhibition Room of the County Council of Lugo (1987), Culture Room in Vilagarcía de Arousa - Pontevedra (1988), Culture Room in Chantada - Lugo (1988), Culture Centre in Monforte de Lemos - Lugo (1988), 'Real Café' in Ourense (1988), 'Modus Vivendi' Pub, (Santiago de Compostela, 1989), 'Musaraña' Pub (Vilagarcía de Arousa, 1989), New Exhibition Room 'Caixa Vigo', (Vigo, 1991), Culture Centre in Chantada - Lugo (1992), 'Galería Agaritmo' Pub (Ourense, 1996), Cultural Circle of Chantada (1999), 'Copacabana' Cafè, (Lalín - Pontevedra, 1999), 'Las Casitas' Exhbition Room (Monforte de Lemos, 1999 and 2001), 'Casino' (Chantada - Lugo, 1999) and 'Sargadelos' Gallery (Monforte de Lemos, 2001).
