Curriculum

He is married and has two children. He always combined his work as a businessman in the bakery sector with his political activity in the ‘Partido Popular’ (PP).
From 1997 to 2003, he was deputy in A Coruña County Council, getting a seat again since the beginning of the present session.
He was the head of the opposition party in Carral for three sessions until he became Mayor in 2003.
