Curriculum

He took a degree in Law at Santiago de Compostela University in 1977. From 1978 to 1999, he practised as a lawyer, being a member of the Bar Association in Ourense. He was the technical adviser and secretary of the Town-Planning Commission of Ourense (1986-93) and head of the Town-planning Service from 1993 to 1997. He has been director general of Town-Planning in the Xunta de Galicia since 1997. He is a lawyer and worked as an adviser for Cuatrecasas Lawyers in Vigo and as a legal adviser for several town councils in Galicia. Nowadays he is the manager of the Provincial Town Planning Society of Ourense.
