 Work & Activities

He produced Demonios en el jardín, La mitad de el cielo, La noche más hermosa, Todo es silencio and Malaventura (associate producer) and Lareira (TVG), La raya / A raia (TVE) and the Films El tiempo de Neville and El baile de las ánimas (executive producer).

La cena de los videntes, his first fiction book, was awarded Fernando Arenas Quintela prize. He also published Cocina Gallega" (Everest), La cabeza de la medusa, Piedra y Luz, based on Galician legends and characters (Everest) and 52 semanas y tres días.

As a member of the Galician Academy of Gastronomy, he coordinated La cocina gallega antigua and La cocina gallega moderna, the first edition of La guía gastronomica de Galicia and Donde comer bien en Galicia (Everest) and the new editions of Vigilia reservada and "Pote aldeano by Manuel Puga Parga "Picadillo".
