He took a degree in Computing at the University of A Coruña and has been the president of the Galician Association of Computing Engineering since December 2007. Nowadays, he is the vicepresident of General Council of Computing Engineering Associations.
 
Since May 2006 he has been developing his professional activity as system responsible in the City Council of Santiago de Compostela, where he has been working in the administration of UNIX, LINUX and Microsoft platforms, Oracle data and the data base of the city council. He is also a member of the Evaluation Commission of the Engineering and Architecture branch, where he previously evaluates the implementation of degrees and master degrees.

 

 Work & Activities

 
He also collaborates as TIC responsible of the Galician Karate Federation, the Association of Health Jurists, the Bar Association of the Xunta de Galicia and the Centre for Corporate Studies of the University of Santiago de Compostela. In the last years he has participated as a rapporteur and teacher in several conferences and courses and technician in different law processes.
 

 Other Interesting Aspects

His career until 2006 includes several tasks as system programmer and administrator in different departments of the Xunta de Galicia.
