After studying GCEA-level studies and Commercial Technical Studies, he attended courses on theatre, dubbing and cinema. Besides, he began to study Commercial Teaching and Philosophy and Arts. As far as his professional activity is concerned, he was an office worker, commercial agent, electronic grafista on Galician TV, theatre, cinema and TV actor, dubbing actor and theatre director and playwright. He has translated works from Castilian to Galician and collaborated as a scientific divulger, political analyst and theatre critic in several radio programmes. He has given lectures about psychology, history, parascientific and interdisciplinary science. Besides, he gives courses on theatre expression for children.

 Work & Activities

He has published many articles in press and specialised magazines about science, politics, parascientific research, cinema critic, poetry, philosophy, popular arts, short stories, ecology and so on. He created and promoted projects for creating employment: polyvalent cultural centres, interdisciplinary educational institutions and touristic, industrial and cultural complexes.
