She took a degree in Mathematics at Santiago de Compostela University, specialising in Statistics and Operation Research. As a teacher of Secondary Education, she worked at 'As Lagoas' Secondary School (Ourense), the Vocational Training Centre of Sarria (Lugo), 'A Nosa Señora dos Ollos Grandes' Secondary School (Lugo), 'Marqués de Sargadelos' Secondary School (San Cibrao - Cervo - Lugo), 'Trapero Pardo' Secondary School (Castro Riberas do Lea - Lugo) and Secondary School of A Pastoriza (Lugo), where she worked for three years. Nowadays, she is working at 'Val do Asma' Secondary School in Chantada.

 Work & Activities

She has published the following books: Matemáticas Universitarias I (Alvarellos Publications, Lugo, 1991); Xoguemos coas Matemáticas na ESO (Alvarellos Publications, Lugo, 1994), Estatística Descriptiva (Alvarellos Publications, Lugo, 2000) and O Xornal na clase de matemáticas (2010).

 Other Interesting Aspects

She got the First Certificate of English at the Language School and the 'Preliminary' Certificate of Cambridge University. She has attended many courses and conferences in several Galician cities.
