He was a reporter of the Regional Court of Galicia in A Coruña and member of the Ancient Trade Court in that same city. He wrote Derecho práctico y estilo de la Real Audiencia del Reino de Galicia (Santiago, 1768), which was a model for Law practitioners in Galicia.
