In 1910, he first emigrated to Argentina. Then he came back to Galicia, travelled to Cuba and to Buenos Aires again, where he definitively established himself. He collaborated in some publications such as Céltiga, Galicia Emigrante, A Nosa Terra... and edited the newspapers Galicia, Lugo and Opinión Gallega.

 Work & Activities

Galicia was the central theme in his life and work. He published the poetry books Flor de retama (1947), in Castilian language and Debezos (1947) and Pallaregas (1963), in Galician language.
