Curriculum

He studied Primary and Secondary Education and the pre-university course at 'Hogar de Santa Margarita' in A Coruña. In 1990, he took a degree in Law. He carried out different works throughout his life: at a bakery, hotel business, driver of delivery vans, topography and official driver for people in authority until he started a hotel business and then a self-service supermarket. In 1996, he was elected as general secretary of the local group of the political party PSdeG-PSOE in Curtis, going in for the municipal elections in 1999 and being elected as Mayor in July.
