He took a degree in Geography and History, specialising in Modern and Contemporary Art at Santiago de Compostela University. He carries out his professional activity in the newspapers El Progreso, Faro de Ourense and El Correo Gallego (he is the delegate of this newspaper in Monforte - Lugo). He also worked in the radio stations 'Radio Nacional de España' in Monforte, 'Radio Principal' and 'Terra de Lemos' TV, where he directed news programmes. He is a member of the Galician Association of Journalists.

 Work & Activities

He published several touristic brochures about Monforte and Lemos area and articles in collective books such as Pantón (Everest); Sober, (County Council of Lugo); Circulando polo Saviñao, (Círculo Cultural Saviñao); Homenaxe a Filomena Arias Armesto-Torbeo-Ribas de Sil-Lugo, (Librodouro); Albeites, compoñedoras e menciñeiros, (Librodouro). He also wrote articles in several cultural magazines.
