He took his degree in Information Sciences at Complutense University in Madrid and got a certificate as broadcasting technician from the Ministry of Information and Tourism.

 Work & Activities

He became an expert in protocol and social etiquette at Oviedo University. From 1968 to 1988, he worked for 'Radio Ourense-Ser' as announcer. He has worked as announcer and broadcasting manager since 1982. From 1974 to 1976, he was advertising manager at the firm 'Cervezas San Martín'. From 1979 to 1983, he worked for the newspaper Faro de Vigo in the office of Ourense. From 1986 to 1988, he worked for Europa Press as correspondent in Ourense. In 1988, he became press manager at the County Council of Ourense. In 1990, he became the head of the presidency cabinet. In 1999, he worked for Galician TV presenting the news. Nowadays, he is the editor of the news programme 'Telexornal Bos Días'.

 Other Interesting Aspects

He planned and built 'Radio Ourense' Studios in 1982. In 1988, he started the Press Cabinet of the County Council Offices of Ourense. He also made some works about Protocol and Social Etiquette courses, which were not published.
