He took a degree in Journalism at the Complutense University (Madrid)
He started in this profession when he was fifteen, presenting “La Ballena Blanca”, a programme for children on Radio Cadena Española. Since 1994 he has been working on the Galician TV (TVG) and nowadays he forms part of the sports programmes on TVG, where he has been working since 1994.
Before that, he was educated in the radio (Radio Nacional de España, Antena 3 Radio and Cadena SER) and collaborated in several newspapers (La Voz de Galicia, El Ideal Gallego and Marca).
He was awarded Mestre Mateo Prize to the best TV communicator.
On TVG he also presented and directed programmes like “En Xogo”, “Telexornais” and special programmes like debates and electoral nights, Xacobeo 93 and “100 anos do Himno de Galicia”.
