Web Alberto Fernández Abal

He is an autodidact artist specialised in oil painting, acrylic painting and water colour. He also uses charcoal and sanguine for portraits and animals. Today he is focused on his own style, which he calls “polygonism”, strongly influenced by cubism but removed from its distortions. He mainly uses polygonism in portraits, using straight lines that form irregular polygonal shapes.
He is influenced by Alberto Durero, Leonardo Da Vinci, Juan Gris, Picasso, Dalí, Tamara de Lempicka, Miquel Barceló, etc...
