He collaborated in newspapers and magazines such as ?Don José?, ?La Codorniz? (1960-1977), ?Informaciones?, Pueblo, Ya, ABC, ?Cuadernos de Humor?, ?La Golondriz?, ?Aspas Manchegas?, etc. He was on the International Union of Journalists as cultural adviser. He edited El Saltamontes (a business paper) and El Escolar.

 Work & Activities

He paints in oils and watercolours and has carried out over forty exhibitions in Madrid, Alicante, Ávila, Puertollano, Soria, Mota del Cuervo, etc. He also wrote some books such as La mosca Esperancita (novel), ?Aguilar? Publications, Madrid, 1958; La Barraca de la Risa (humoristic article), Germán Plaza, Barcelona, 1959; La familia Pellicer (novel), published in "Familia Española" during the 60?s and Antología Aguilar del Humor. Del año 1957 al 1961.
