From 1976 to 1978, he wrote texts for "Pepa Loba".
In 1983, he was awarded "Galicia" Literature Prize for "Caixón desastre" (University of Santiago, second edition in "Edicións Xerais", Vigo).
In 1986, he published "Polaroid", which was awarded “Galicia” Critic Prize ("Edicións Xerais", 7th edition).
In 1988, he published "Land Rover" (Edic. Xerais, 7th edition), both in Spanish and French ("Edicións Xerais" 7th edition / "Ediciones B", Barcelona / "Rivages", Paris).
In 1990, he published "Ambulancia", ("Edic. Xerais", 8th edition); in Spanish, "Ediciones B", Barcelona. In Greece (2003).
He also published "F.M.", a selection of journalistic texts about art, politics and culture (Edicións Positivas", Santiago de Compostela) and "(Unha memoria da esquerda nacionalista) Camilo Nogueira e outras voces", a study about the evolution of the Galician left (Edic. Xerais) in 1991 and "Unha pouca cinza", texts about Santiago de Compostela (Edit. Compostela, 1992).
In 1993, he published "Tic - Tac", which was awarded the Spanish Critic Prize and "Arzobispo San Clemente" Prize. In Galician and Spanish ("Ediciones B") and in Dutch (Edit. "Balance").
