He took a degree in Dramatic Art. He founded and was an actor and director of 'Torpis' theatre group. He was also an actor of the Galician Dramatic School and 'Teatro Circo'. Nowadays, he directs 'Casahamlet' Theatre School together with Manuel Lourenzo. He taught dramatic art and gave several monographic courses on voice, performance and theatre didactics. He also worked as a dubbing actor for cinema and TV and actor in several films (Dame lume, A lei da fronteira, O lapis do carpinteiro) and TV serials (Mareas Vivas and Galicia Express). He collaborated in 'Antena 3 Galicia' and the newspapers La Voz de Galicia and El Ideal Gallego. He collaborates with the Galician Symphonic Orchestra in didactic concerts.

He published the following books: "Agromar" Lingua Galega, ANAYA, 1983; Comentarios de textos literarios, Adhela, Madrid, 1985; A voz do actor, County Council of A Coruña , 2001; A memoria das árbores, Kalandrada, 2000 and O gatiperio, Kalandraka, 2002.

 Other Interesting Aspects

He got a prize to 'the best theatre actor' in Valladolid (1997) and 'Cidade da Coruña' literary prize in 1982 with his essay Historia dunha montaxe teatral.
