Curriculum

He is a teacher. From 1987 to 1999, he filled the offices of mayor in Gondomar and local president of the political party 'Partido Popular'. He is a member of the committee of provincial direction, as well as the 'PpdeG' executive committee. He is a member of the Galician Parliament.
