She took a degree in Law. She is an autodidact painter and attended several courses related to painting and the use of recycling materials, sculpture works, painting and installation. She is included in the Guide of Galician Artists and is the secretary of the Galician Association of Art and Culture (AGAEC) and head of the Plastic Arts section.

 

 Work & Activities

She carried out individual exhibitions at Banco Central Hispano, Ricky Gallery and Ktor Gallery in Santiago de Compostela. She has a standing exhibition in her studio and these are some of her most outstanding exhibitions: ‘Mujeres del mundo’, Alba Gallery, Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña); Fontiñas Gallery, Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña); Aurelio Aguirre Gallery, Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña); ‘Lembrando a Dalí’, Araguaney Foundation, Santiago (A Coruña); Gallery of the Artisans Union, Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña); ‘Ekéctika Nadal’ Artsil Gallery, Ames (A Coruña); ‘Encontros no pazo de Adrán’, Teo (A Coruña); ‘Polimorfías Cromáticas’ itinerant collective exhibition, Gran Hotel (Santiago), Gran Hotel (Lugo) and Athenaeum (Ourense) and Cultural Centre in Porto do Son, Pontedeume and Pobra do Caramiñal (A Coruña).

 

 Other Interesting Aspects

She was selected for the following collective exhibitions: AGAEC, Araguaney Foundation (Santiago); Casino Atlántico (A Coruña); Casino (A Toxa); ‘Artistas Galegos no Parlamento Europeo’ (Brussels) and ‘Empleados Públicos Gallegos en la Casa de Galicia’ (Madrid). She participated in the elaboration of the mural painting that was donated to Araguaney Foundation in aid of the Palestinians. ‘Mitoloxía’, a catalogue of Las Adormideras Secondary School, collects a selection of her sculptures. Her works can be found in private collections and in public and private institutions.
