 Curriculum

He is an autodidact obsessed by colour. Although his work focusses mainly on painting, he also works with photographs, posters, illustrations and artistic design. He is well known for doing his best to approach art to the youngest by means of articles, lectures and educative and cultural programmes. This activity has led him to international artistic education forums such as the 4th International Congress of Educating Cities in Chicago, creating and coordinating the educative programme 'Escola e Arte'. He started his artistic activity in 1980, exhibiting his works at 'Francisco de Goya' Prize in Madrid and carrying on with many projects and exhibitions. His work is represented in a dozen museums and public and private collections such as Thyssen Bornemisza Collection or Unesco Centre Collection in Porto.
