From 1992 to 1996, she worked as an art critic in "La Voz de Galicia" and collaborated in specialized magazines like "Arte Ibérica", "Arte Omega" and "Arco Noticias". She was a foundation member of the Galician Association of Art Critics and organized many exhibitions ("Carlos Sobrino", "Si une grand'âge...", "Julia Minguillón", "A Xeración Doente","Contravento e Marea", "A Arte Inexistente: as artistas galegas do século XX"...).
She was the joint author of "O cinematógrafo en Betanzos" and wrote articles and reports in catalogues of exhibitions.
She participated as a member of the panel in the following art contests:
-Pontevedra Biennial Exhibition (1995).
-"Isaac Díaz Pardo" Plastic Art Contest, A Coruña County Council (1995, 1997 and 1999).
-3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th editions of Unión FENOSA Grants for New Artists.
-5th and 8th editions of the National Engraving Prize of the Museum of the Spanish Contemporary Engraving in Marbella.
-16th edition of Concello de Cambre Painting Contest.
-First edition of ‘Premio Auditorio de Galicia para Novos Artistas’.
-Máximo Ramos Prize, Ferrol.
-6th edition of Laxeiro Biennial Exhibition, Lalín.

She participated in several round-table conferences and seminars of Menéndez Pelayo Internacional University and the University of A Coruña, in the MA on Cultural Heritage Management (Faculty of Humanities – Ferrol), in the 1st and 3rd Juana Mordó Forum about feminine creativity in Madrid and in the First Conference on Cultural Heritage in Seville about matters related to Plastic Arts.

In 1996, she was appointed director of Caixa Galicia Art Collection to organize all the exhibition activities.

In 1998, she took over the Cultural Projects Department of Caixa Galicia Foundation. Then she became deputy program manager.
