Curriculum

-He was the president of the works committee for BBV, representing the CIG.
-He was a member of the BNG in the City Council of Lugo since the elections of 1995 until he was elected councillor.
-During the session 1999-2003, he was responsible for the Environment Office and deputy mayor in the City Council of Lugo.
-He was a member of the regional council of the BNG in Lugo and was elected councillor in 2003.
