Luisa Paz did ceramics training with Esther Iglesias (Lugo, 2001), taught painting at ‘Divino Maestro’ School (Lugo, 2002-2003) and participated in several courses on outdoor painting in Santiago de Compostela, Ponferrada (León) and Lugo.

A súa obra foi seleccionada no I e II Certame de Pintura ‘Lugo Monumental’ (1998-1999), no VII Certame de Pintura ‘Lugo Cidade’ (1999), nos Carteis de Ribadavia (2002) e no Certame de Pintura ‘Casco Histórico de Ponferrada’ (2001). Ademais, recibiu unha mención de honra no XII Certame de Pintura José Guizán en Begonte – Lugo (2001) coa obra titulada ‘A terra dos meus pais’ (acrílico sobre lenzo).
