Professor of the Labour Relations University School in Lugo from 1998 until his election as president of Sogama on 18th May 2009. In the last three years he was also the assistant director of this centre.

 

President of the PP New Generations in Lugo from 1992 a 2002.
Councillor in the City Council of Lugo from 1995 to 2003.
