Curriculum

He took a degree in Economic and Business Sciences. He is a civil servant of the Xunta de Galicia and filled the office of Provincial Delegate of 'Xustiza, Interior and Relacións Laborais' in Pontevedra. He has been responsible for the coordination of the electoral campaign of the political party 'Partido Popular' in Vigo during the elections to the Galician Government in 1997. He was a member of the Galician Parliament.
