He took a degree in Business Sciences and a doctor's degree in Economical Sciences. He is a Professor of Business Economy at 'Rey Juan Carlos' University and Professor of Finances at the University College of Financial Studies. He is the president of the European Association of Business Management and Economy, member of the Spanish Academy of Economical and Financial Sciences, member of the Academy of Professors of Catalonia, president of the Foundation for the Social and Economical Development of Galicia and the European Communities, honourable member of the International Society, member of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts, member of the Academy of Marketing Science (USA), the Academy of International Business (USA) and the Society of Advancement of Management.

 Work & Activities

These are his most important works: Globalización de la empresa e integración de los enfoques no organizativos en la dirección. (Publications of the Academy of Economical and Financial Sciences, 1995), La concepción de la empresa y las relaciones que la definen: necesidades de pertinencia, de eficacia y de eficiencia. (Publications of the Academy of Economical and Financial Sciences, 1999). He has also written many articles and reports that have been presented in national and international conferences since 1974.

He got the following distinctions: Honorary Fellow at Wisconsin University, Madison (Wis), 1974 and Postdoctoral Scholar (Research at the University of California, Los Angeles, 1973-74).
