Curriculum

He studied Humanities and Philosophy at the Seminary in Ourense and Philosophy and Arts at the Central University (Madrid). In Madrid, he took part as a foundtion member of 'Brais Pinto' Group. He founded the political party 'UPG' and entered the Galician Parliament in the first session and once again in the fourth one (1993), becoming vice-president of the Parliament's General Committee (1997-2001).
