Since 2000, he has directed Radio Popular - Cadena COPE radio stations in Lugo, Vilalba and Becerreá. From 1994 to 1999, he was the head of the Regional News Direction in Cadena Cope Galicia, after having been the head of the news service of Cadena Cope in Santiago in 1992 and 1993. Desde 1979 desarrolló su labor profesional, en varias etapas, en Radio Galicia-Cadena Ser y en Ondas Galicia.

He participated as a rapporteur in the following conferences: ‘Medios de comunicación y medio ambiente’, ‘Los medios de comunicación en Galicia’, ‘La radio local’, ‘Ética y comunicación’ and at the Second Galician and Portuguese Journalistic Conference, celebrated in Santiago in 1999.
