He edited 'Teima', a magazine about general information, during the period of transition. Then, he worked as a correspondent of 'El País’ in Galicia, editor-in-chief and assistant editor of Faro de Vigo. Nowadays, he works as an associate writer of Faro de Vigo and publishes a daily column in that newspaper and in 'La Opinión' (A Coruña). He also collaborates in other Spanish press media.
He wrote 'Doctor Fraga y Míster Iribarne', a biographical essay published by Prensa Ibérica, Barcelona (1995).
He was awarded Galicia Communication Prize in 1996 and 'Nunca Máis' Prize.
